First, let me start by saying, Ecuador and all of its natural beauty is a GEM like no other! My sole focus for this trip was traveling directly to the imaginary equator line and planting one foot on the Northern Hemisphere and the other on the Southern Hemisphere at the “same damn time” – 😜! ✅

I also wanted to travel to the highest point in Quito (capital of Ecuador) – 13,000 ft above sea level. The highest mountain top that I’ve ever reached was 10,500 ft when I traveled to Colombia early this year. ✅

The experience was absolutely an adventure! Ecuador is a poor country that utilizes the U.S. dollar – 😧. Most countries that I have visited have their own currency or uses euros 💶. Ecuador previously had its own currency however it was unstable and a financial crisis occurred. I continue to circulate What was crazy were the 🚕 rides…didn’t matter where you were going easily $3-5…ALL THE TIME! Now here in the states we know that’s a cheap taxi or UBER would be waaay more expensive.

At any rate…another stamp collected..off to Paris 🍾🍾. Stay tuned…
